Praia de Fão-ofir

Praia de Ofir is one of the most popular beaches on the Minho coast, with impressive dunes, pine trees and the River Cávado estuary forming a natural space of great beauty. Praia de Esposende is the central beach of this Minho coastal city, with solid amenities and a lively summer atmosphere. Praia de Marinhas is a beach on the Esposende coast with good conditions for bathing and water sports, in a quieter setting than the busier Ofir beaches. The area is known for vinho verde production and for agricultural fields that reach close to the coast, creating a unique rural landscape. Water quality and the length of the sand are its main draws.

Praia de Suave Mar is in the municipality of Esposende, district of Braga, in the North region. Coastal beach with water quality rated Excellent by APA in 2025.
