About the Beach

The Tróia Peninsula is a long sand strip between the Atlantic and the Sado estuary, reached by ferry from Setúbal, with fine sand and warm, calm water that rank among the most appreciated in the country. The Tróia resort combines quality accommodation with preserved nature, including a protected dune and the presence of bottlenose dolphins in the estuary. The ruins of the Roman city of Cetóbriga add a unique historical complement.
