Praia de Esmoriz

Praia de Cortegaça is one of the most preserved beaches on the Ovar coast, with large dunes and a well-kept pine wood reaching down to the sand. Water quality and the protected natural setting make it much loved. The area has been the subject of dune-protection works that have helped preserve its natural beauty.

Praia de Paramos is a beach in the southern part of the Espinho municipality, with a long stretch of sand and a quieter atmosphere than the beaches further north. Water quality and bathing conditions are good, and the adjoining pine wood adds a pleasant setting. It is very popular with Espinho residents and from nearby municipalities looking for less crowded beaches.
