Praia de Fernandaires (alb. Castelo Bode)

Praia Fluvial de Vila de Rei sits on the banks of the River Ocreza, in a valley surrounded by hills and cork-oak dehesa, in one of the quietest interior areas of the country. The cool, clean river water and the atmosphere of great natural peace make it a much-loved refuge for locals and for tourists travelling the Portuguese interior. The small town has a castle and a convent that round out the visit.

Praia de Castanheira Ou Lago Azul (alb. Castelo Bode) is in the municipality of Ferreira do Zêzere, district of Santarém, in the Lisbon and Tagus Valley region. Lake beach with water quality rated Excellent by APA in 2025.
