Praia Fluvial da Quinta da Taberna is in Videmonte, in the municipality and district of Guarda, about 22 km from the city, on the river Mondego. It is a river beach with water quality rated Excellent by APA in 2025, a rating it has held since 2021, the first year the bathing water was classified.

According to Guarda town council, which opened it in 2019, it has a picnic area, a bar with a terrace and a covered barbecue area. The APA register lists parking, waste collection and beach cleaning, and records no toilets, showers or supervision, so there is no guaranteed lifeguard during the bathing season.
